Services and Acceptance

By requesting the provision of services the buyer is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.  Any fees payable as a result of using the services of CarbonOffsetsLtd shall be set out by the company and shall be settled in full prior to any further services commencing. These fees include any VAT, Duty or Tax where applicable, and shall be payable by the buyer.
All carbon offsets calculations are based upon recent and reliable data available at the time of calculation.  Distances used in estimating CO2 emissions are direct great circle point to point between departure and destination and do not account for transfers.  CarbonOffsetsLtd will not be liable for any shortfalls in the event of a change of the calculation data.  CarbonOffsetsLtd undertake that all carbon offsets offered are sourced from verified projects with the verification being carried our by an approved third party under recognised verification guidelines.

CarbonOffsetsLtd reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions set out above at any time. These new terms and conditions will apply immediately they are changed to all actions resulting from the use of the website.

Applicable Law

This site is created and controlled by CarbonOffsetsLtd in England. As such, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of England and the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of English Courts.
